ConCon is a free, best-effort HTML and public-webpage to PDF utility. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You must have the right to process the submitted content. Do not use ConCon for unlawful, abusive, privacy-invasive, security-testing, or automated high-volume activity. Attempts to bypass quotas or access private networks are prohibited.

Limits and availability

Anonymous usage is strictly rate-limited and may be disabled without notice to protect the free service. Conversion, layout fidelity, availability, and continued storage are not guaranteed. Temporary download links expire after two minutes and are single-use after download.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Review every generated PDF before relying on it for printing, filing, legal, financial, medical, or other important use. You remain responsible for the source content and resulting document.
