Before reporting a problem

Retry once with a smaller HTML file, confirm that a URL is public, and note any reference code shown in the error. Anonymous plugin quotas reset automatically; they cannot be manually bypassed.

Send useful feedback

After a successful conversion, use the thumbs-up or thumbs-down control and describe what happened. Include the error reference when available, but never paste passwords, API keys, private URLs, or confidential document contents into feedback.

Privacy requests

Email the support address above with “privacy request” in the subject. Generated-file access expires after two minutes, a completed download deletes the stored Blob immediately, and scheduled deletion removes abandoned files.
