What ConCon processes

ConCon processes HTML you paste or upload, or the public webpage URL you request, only to create the PDF. That source content is processed in server memory and is not intentionally retained after the request.

Temporary PDF storage

Generated PDFs are placed in private Vercel Blob storage. Download authorization expires two minutes after generation, and an attachment download permanently deletes the stored PDF as soon as its response finishes. A scheduled cleanup permanently deletes expired files; on the free hosting plan, physical deletion may occur later than the two-minute access expiry, generally during the next daily cleanup run.

Abuse prevention and feedback

Anonymous plugin calls create small quota records containing a one-way hash of the caller or calling network identifier and a timestamp. Raw IP addresses are not written to those records. Old quota records are deleted automatically. If you voluntarily submit feedback, ConCon stores the rating and comment privately for product improvement.

Third parties

The service runs on Vercel and uses Vercel Blob. URL conversion necessarily contacts the public website you provide. ConCon does not sell personal information.

Email heyyaethan@gmail.com with “privacy request” in the subject and the relevant conversion reference, if available. Do not include secrets, confidential source documents, or sensitive personal information.
